The Italian market requires a new marketing planning

The Italian market appears barred and erratic. The drop in volumes was smaller in 2013 than in the two previous years though we cannot speak of trend reversal. In wineshops the purchases of spumante bottles have drifted towards festivities. In restaurants the drop in sales of Italian bubbling wines goes on, especially for the traditional method. In bars the consumption of classic method wines is growing, but the cost per glass has decreased.
